1. Phone number validation: After submitting your reservation, we must validate your phone number for security purposes.
First of all You will receive an EMAIL with a detailed request to verify your phone number by WhatsApp message or SMS text.
Your reservation only becomes to process once this validation is done.
2. Approval in email reply: After successfully validating the phone number, the system will send you the booking details via email. You will need to check the details and if everything is correct, you must approve the booking with a confirmation EMAIL reply message and the booking will be successfully completed and will enter the finalized and scheduled status.
Our drivers wait in the airport parking area. Upon arrival, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to provide the exact pickup location. Please switch on your phone immediately after landing.
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with POS terminals. Please note that card payments can only be processed in Hungarian Forint (HUF). The conversion from Euro will be calculated based on the daily EUR/HUF exchange rate.
We monitor all flights in real-time. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost, ensuring they are ready when you arrive.
